Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief, past experiences, or simply feeling out of sorts, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what matters to you. Together, we’ll work at your pace, whether it's setting goals or reflecting on your thoughts and feelings, moving toward clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, committed to providing the highest standard of care. As a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I adhere to a strict ethical framework and ensure ongoing regulation for good practice and am fully insured and DBS checked, providing reassurance and safety throughout our collaboration.
I work with adults and young people (16+), using a person-centred, integrative approach combining various therapeutic techniques to best support your unique needs. Together, we’ll build a collaborative relationship where your experiences are truly heard, enabling you to reconnect with your inner strength and ignite your true self.
